I've seen a lot of good pull requests either languishing on the vine or merged but not published. This package is very popular and actively gathering new PRs, and seems like it'd be easy to just solve most issues users are having by running npm publish. The last publish date according to NPM was 2 years ago. So I'm wondering is this project dead? How many of the maintainers have publishing access, and can someone else be added to a maintainer?
