PoC of LLM chat in viewer

This is a bit bigger payload, that started as just some fun poking around - so I'm ready and more than happy to further iterate, fully support any problems or even pull it out completely.

So far it provided interesting answers to some more intricated issues. If there would be smaller batter of I can quickly iterate on improving this a lot (thanks to cli we can have tight feedback loop) - this is something I want to work on during my spare time in ongoing days/weeks

What it supports

Couple stuff:

• various endpoints, including GH copilot
• chat vs agent mode
• should be able to crunch large binlogs as well - but that needs to be tested more extensively
• can 'show' stuff in GUI as well
• CLI (binlog tool)

What's not supported

(can be added if seems helpful)
