Our tools menu is very crowded. We should make our features more prominent.

Proposal: Move journal abbreviation things to "Library".

Reasons:

• Not fitting into "Tools" as focused on libary itself (and not external tools)
• Not fitting into "Edit" as it not related to the entry itself
