Fix tab order for citation-related tabs (entry editor)#10825

Reordered and renamed tabs to be as follows after the "File Annotation" tab 1. Scite Tab (Renamed to "Citation information" and also the setting in the preferences) 2. "Citation relations" 3. "Related articles"

thanks for your contribution, overall looks good, just one thing: You need to add your changes to the "Unreleased" section of the changelog. You added them under the 5.12 section which is already released |
