Checked with the latest development build

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

When launching Jabref after installing, program freezes.
When launching as "Administrator" it at least starts

1. Open library: selecting my saved library file, ...bib; then I get: "No content in table"
