• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Expand the width of the group panel.
2. Then decrease the width of the groups panel.

Result:

at certain widths, while decreasing the width, the row will show up.
