Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Not a serious bug, but annoying.

Desktop file in /usr/share/applications point to icon file in /opt/jabref/lib/JabRef.png, but this icon file is not correct, as you can see in this screenshot:
