• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

I was reading the Contribution Guidelines and tried to reach the "high-level documentation" using the URL in Step 4 of the Pull Request Process. The page was not found.
