Check consistency should have a progress bar

1. Open a large library
2. Do Quality -> Check integrity
3. A progress is displayed (see https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues/12694)
4. Close the dialog
5. Do Quality -> Check consistency
6. No dialog is displayed
