An additional comment. @aknrdureegaesr originally modified this to fix an issue with the logging interface using local time instead of UTC. This does not change that functionality, it only brings it up-to-date with Qt 6.9. |

This will fix the compiler complaints re: deprecation of setTimeSpec in Qt 6.9 and later. Addresses issue https://github.com/Chris-AC9KH/JS8Call-improved/issues/25
