During some recent testing I discovered that VOX does not work properly with the JS8 mode. It consistently clips the leading symbols from the transmission. The software should emit a keying tone to activate the transmitter when VOX is selected, and the keying tone timing should be consistent with the Tx delay setting for PTT to give the transmitter relay (and downstream relays in amps/antenna switches) time to settle before sending JS8 tones.
