Describe the bug
In versions previous to 3.0.1, a checksum was appended to @ APRSIS email messages. I suspect that the formatting changes related to the Pills formatting has broken that functionality.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run JS8Call 2.5.x
2. Type an APRSIS email message of the format @ARPSIS CMD :EMAIL-2 MY@EMAIL.COM MY MESSAGE{01} and send it.
3. In the send text window, you should see that it appends a checksum after the last {01} above.
4. Try the same thing with version 3.0.1 and you will see that there is no checksum. This breaks the functionality at the receiving station, as it requires a checksum to process the APRSIS message.

Expected behavior
With version 2.5.x, I find I can send APRSIS email with no problem. We need a checksum!

Need to check to make sure other message types that require checksums are not broken.
