As a result of work on fixing decoding problems with Turbo mode (issue #203), it became apparent that it might be possible to make Ultra mode viable. Thanks to some excellent work by @punk-kaos we are already well on the way to having a working Ultra mode. More testing and discussion continues. See #203 for more background.
