- Update Sphinx theme to Furo with dark mode support
- Replace deprecated pngmath extension with mathjax
- Add v0.60 release notes (updates_060.rst)
- Completely overhaul install_source.rst with modern platform instructions:
- Remove outdated platforms (Ubuntu 10.04-13.04, macOS Leopard/Lion)
- Add modern Linux instructions (Ubuntu 22.04/24.04, Fedora, Arch)
- Add Windows WSL2 instructions (replacing MinGW32)
- Add macOS Intel and Apple Silicon with Homebrew
- Add troubleshooting section
- Update all dependency versions (PBC 1.0.0, Python 3.4+, etc.)
- Update copyright year to 2013-2026
- Create _static directory for Sphinx
