PHP 8.3+ throws "Undefined array key 'footer'" when mPDF processes templates referencing footer names that weren't predefined. Footer names footer and footerWithPageNumbers were only defined when invoice/quote footer settings existed, but custom templates could reference them unconditionally.

Changes

Define footer and footerWithPageNumbers unconditionally with empty content in mpdf_helper.php
Mirrors existing pattern used for defaultFooter and html_footer
Conditional blocks still override with actual footer content when settings are present

No behavior changes for existing installations - empty definitions are overridden when settings exist.
