Allowing discount to be hidden in webview

Feature Description

In the PDF invoice template there's a variable $show_item_discounts available that serves to hide the discount column on invoices if no discount is applied.

In the webview it always shows a discount column, even if the discount is empty.

Use Case

The same reason for not wanting to display it on the actual invoice apply here: "don't want to put idea's into customers heads" 😉
