What does Duo recommend for transitioning? Does installing the app handle removing Duo Health? Are organizations going to be deploying Duo Health for some amount of time before switching to Duo Desktop?

There is a similar PR to add a new label rather than "merge" the two labels. #1315

Duo Device Health is now Duo Desktop
It's a rebrand of the product. Installing DUO Desktop will replace the Duo Device Health install seamlessly.

Duo Desktop is here!
Duo Desktop is the new name for Duo Device Health. Policy settings, endpoint information, user interfaces, and logging will reflect the new name in November 2023. You may see both names mentioned during this transition.
