What happened:
When using "make helm-install", due to the double "/", downloading failed every time.

What you expected to happen:
The downloading should go on correctly, and the website should be correct.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
As the Install from source in installation.md shows, when using this method, the bug can be reproduced.
