This PR fixes a Brisbane QPU reference not updated in #1339.
In addition, as IBM's Brisbane is retired, this PR drops most references to it to make relevant code snippets more 'up-to-date'.
Note: The
docs/source/apps/dfe/dfe_*.ipynbare left as is with retired IBM backends, as those endpoints are currently deprecated and the notebooks are mainly intended as legacy archives.
