Context
Updates the Linux (HA) deployment documentation to use the new official Infisical repository location for Linux packages. The old Cloudsmith URLs have been replaced with the new
artifacts-infisical-core.infisical.comURLs.This aligns the HA deployment docs with the existing installation.mdx documentation which already uses the new repository URLs.
