What happened?

When weather format is set to imperial, the weather app has the forcast high temps on the bottom row.

What should happen instead?

weather app should have high temps on top row, as it is when format is metric. Metric

Reproduction steps

-Set weather format to imperial
-Open weather app

Attached 2 screenshots. One metric and one imperial.
Notice how the color formatting is the same on both, even though the imperial has the high temp on the bottom row.
