This was possible in v1 by setting the default meta value. I am not sure if we want this to be a thing outside of annotations. If we make this annotation only, we have two options:

• allow for a fallback description value (defaults to CommandDescription.empty()
• allow for some sort of global builder decorators that aren't annotation-specific
