Issue Description:

Moodys MCP toolkit tool invocation returns an error response :

The affected tool is a long-running tool and previously worked as expected,

Based on the logs from MCP Context Forge, this issue appears to be caused by the following PR: #2569

Note: This issue is not observed across all tools in the MCP toolkit. Only specific tools —primarily long-running ones— are affected, while others continue to work as expected.
