The texts of Authorize and Fetch tool overlap each other when the MCP server with OAuth2.1 is listed.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the
MCP Registrypage - Select for
OAuth2.1Auth type - Hit the
Add Serverbutton inAsana - Go back to the
MCP Serverspage - Check on the
Show Inactivecheckbox and observe the issue in the table where Asana is shown
🤔 Expected Behavior
The texts Authorize and Fetch tool should be visible and should not overlap.
