[BUG]: Error message not propogated in /mcp endpoint responses #2570

🐞 Bug Summary

While using server//mcp endpoint in CF for tool invokations, even on exceptions(for eg:on 401 unauthorized errors) we are getting empty responses back without the actual error in response.

🤔 Expected Behavior

Should be sending back the actual error responses to the mcp client session.
