Observability tabs dark mode is full of light panels and graphs.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Admin UI
2. Enable Dark Mode
3. Navigate to the Observability tab
4. Switch between the different tabs

🤔 Expected Behavior

The panels and graphs should match the dark theme
