[BUG]: Tags for MCP servers not saved #2203

🐞 Bug Summary

In the MCP Servers tab -> Edit an MCP Server -> Add a tag -> Save changes
The tag is not saved/displayed anywhere after.

Note: functionality works when tagging tools, seems to be limited to MCP Servers.

  • mcpgateway.wrapper - stdio wrapper
  • Federation or Transports
  • CLI, Makefiles, or shell scripts

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open MCP Servers tab
  2. Edit an MCP Server
  3. Add a tag
  4. Save changes

🤔 Expected Behavior

Tag should show up when viewing the MCP Server
