🐞 Bug Summary

Clicking the Show Inactive toggle won't update the table, and a refresh is needed to display/hide the inactive elements

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Admin UI
2. Click the MCP Servers tab
3. Click the Show Inactive checkbox

🤔 Expected Behavior

The table should be updated accordingly immediately
