As a: EndUser
I want: that when I click the Refresh/Reconnection option in Gateways/MCP Servers, it should automatically reconnect to the MCP servers and refresh the Global tool
So that: I don't have to manually delete and recreate the MCP servers when a new MCP tool server is added or an existing one is removed

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking Refresh/Reconnection under Gateways/MCP Servers should trigger automatic reconnection to MCP servers.
• The Global tool should update to reflect the latest list of available MCP servers.
• Newly added MCP tool servers should appear after the refresh.
• Removed MCP servers should no longer be displayed post-refresh.
