Should be able to migrate these outside staging branch. No other dependents for these and runtime dependency versions are all same.
Can drop libgcrypt following https://github.com/LibVNC/libvncserver/tree/LibVNCServer-0.9.15#how-to-build since OpenSSL provides both crypto and TLS support.
