🗼 WatchTower — Fewer bugs. Faster fixes.

Build > Talk. We shipped a working prototype in 24 hours.

WatchTower is an AGI-first monitoring + alerting workspace that helps teams detect issues faster, understand them instantly, and take action without digging through logs, dashboards, or noisy tools.

Working demo
Real-time signals → instant insights
Fix your bugs instantly without debugging for too long Using Overshoot + TheTokenCompany API's

The Problem

Modern developers are drowning in:

  • scattered monitoring across too many tools
  • Using way too many tokens on their LLM's and running out before shipping
  • alerts that are noisy, unclear, and hard to prioritize to see what's really wrong
  • time wasted investigating “what happened” for way too long instead of fixing it

The result: slower incident response, missed issues, and higher on-call stress, leading to no code working for hours and hundreds of tokens wasted.

💡 The Insight (AGI-First)

Instead of making humans interpret dashboards, we built a system that understands context and summarizes what matters instantly as your coding in real-time.

WatchTower is designed like an AI-native system:

  • detect what changed
  • explain why it matters
  • recommend what to do next
  • generate a clean incident narrative teams can share

Core Features

  • Real-Time Monitoring Feed
Track signals/events in one place with clean grouping + severity.

  • Smart Alert Triage (Noise Reduction)
Clusters duplicates, highlights root-cause candidates, prioritizes impact.

  • Actionable Recommendations
Next steps are clear, not vague — designed for quick decisions and efficient prompting.

  • Demo-Ready Reliability
Core flows work end-to-end and are built for a clean live demo.

How It Works (High-Level)

  1. Signals flow into WatchTower (events / logs / synthetic demo streams)
  2. We classify + cluster them into incidents using OverShoot API
  3. OverShoot generates:
    • incidents and error logs, stack traces, etc from codebase
    • likely causes / impacted services
    • recommended actions + next checks
  4. Overshoot then passes this to TheTokenCompany where they compress it all into a short, token saving prompt to then debug way faster.
  5. UI presents everything as a simple operator dashboard easy for developers to use.

We prioritized an end-to-end working prototype over slides.
