The new Locking Three Way Toggle Switch Control does not have the correct behaviour or appearance controls

Steps to Reproduce the problem

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. *Go to Profile Editor and add a Lockable Three Way Toggle Switch from the toolbox
2. Examine the lack of ability to set properties on it.

Expected behaviour

The Locking Three Way Toggle Switch should have at least the same properties as the Three Way Toggle Switch

The problem happened while using
