This PR adds "File Number" Combobox to the Save Editor. This shows which file slot is currently being used, and you can change the file number here to save to a different slot.
This Combobox is disabled outside of normal gameplay, like Title Screen, File Select, and Debug File (Boot to Debug Warp mode etc).
