This is a port of the neglected #2664, done with permission from ProxySaw, as it would be faster and safer to recreate this small PR than it would be to update a fork from April and fix the conflicts on the way.
Full credit to kimimaru4000 for the code, I merely copied what already existed and updated it for the modern repo.
