It was incredibly annoying that Arwings could shoot players from across the map, with the player basically having no way to retaliate or avoid it. This range check is still considerable but close enough where the player can walk towards the Arwing to begin the nuttage.

Does this also mean the arwing has to be in range for it to "chase" the player, or can it still chase the player from the other end of the map and eventually catch up?

They'll still chase as before which has the insane range, it just won't start shooting until they're close now.

Would we want this pointing to Khan instead? I think that would be fine since you also put the Moblin change in Khan.

It wasn't really a bugfix so I pointed it to dev, but I'm fine with either.

We've done "tweaks" in bugfix releases before. This addresses an issue so khan seems reasonable
