Translate the body content of 13 Norwegian core + product pages from English to professional Norwegian (Bokmål). Norway is part of Hack23's core Nordic market.

📋 Background

Previous issue analysis: No Norwegian-specific translation issue was ever created. Norwegian currently has 52/96 files (54%) still containing English body text. This issue targets the highest-impact customer-facing pages.

Previous Copilot completion rate was ~0-3% because issues were too large (84-145 files). This issue targets only 13 files.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• All 13 files listed above have Norwegian (Bokmål) body content
• Translations use professional Norwegian suitable for B2B cybersecurity
• Norwegian characters (æ, ø, å) used correctly throughout
• HTML structure, links, images, and Schema.org metadata remain intact
• No broken links or missing elements
• Brand names kept untranslated

🛠️ Implementation Guidance

For each file:

1. Find the <article> or <main> section with English paragraphs
2. Translate all text content to Norwegian Bokmål
3. Keep all HTML tags, attributes, links, images intact
4. Use index_no.html for terminology consistency
5. Use Bokmål (not Nynorsk) throughout
6. Norwegian cybersecurity terms: "cybersikkerhet", "informasjonssikkerhet", "sårbarhetshåndtering", "tilgangskontroll"
