A simple interval timer for 4 Hour Body workouts. Where you do 1 set per workout, and do 7-12 reps per set.
During reach sets, you have 5 seconds of eccentric muscle contraction, and 5 seconds of concentric muscle contraction. A complete gym session takes around 30 minutes, 2 times a week.
