Describe the bug

跟辅导机器人对话时，在输入框输入换行代码，但是实际对话显示没有换行符，所有代码连在一起，难以阅读

Steps to reproduce

1. 打开辅导机器人；
2. 对话输入框中按shift+enter换行；
3. enter键发送信息；
4. 实际对话显示无换行符，一行到底

Expected Behavior

辅导机器人的对话中能正常换行，而不是一行到底，不方便阅读
