The average person clicks 300+ times per day without thinking. Mindless scrolling, accidental tabs, reflexive clicking through content you don't even want to see.
What if every click required intention?
C.A.P.T.C.H.A. is a mindfulness-first productivity Chrome extension that intercepts every left click and presents an inverse cognitive challenge before allowing it to register. By forcing a brief moment of active cognition before every click, C.A.P.T.C.H.A. eliminates mindless browsing entirely.
The inverse mechanic, selecting the OPPOSITE of what the prompt asks, engages your prefrontal cortex, the part of your brain responsible for deliberate decision making.
You cannot click on autopilot anymore. Every interaction is now a conscious choice.
