Several fixes and improvements

• Use small delay after disconnect to ensure wifi is ready
• handle lost ip
• Implement status machine, so events management is more accurate
• Ignore disconnection events unless status is either Running (for
  next AP) or Connected (for disconnection events)
• Check past of end list iterator to avoid circling back to initial
  element
• Improve logging
