…a 404 status on their fullsize_url. This will help to keep the database clean of broken photo references.

Fix #1949
Adds a rake task to remove photo references that are no longer valid (return a 404). The task
photos:prune_404swill check each photo'sfullsize_urland destroy the record if it's a broken link.
