This change adds support for international alternate names for crops.
It extends the
AlternateNamemodel with alanguagefield and migrates existing alternate names to English ("en").A Rake task is included to fetch and load international names from Wikidata's API, using the crop's Wikipedia URL to find its Wikidata ID.
The crop detail page is updated to display the language of each alternate name, and the search functionality is expected to work with the new names via the existing search indexing mechanism. The crops API is also updated to include the language in the JSON response.
