I'd like to be able to "transplant" something I've planted by choosing a new garden to transplant to, then clicking on a button.

This should mark the original planting as "finished" and then create a new planting in the new garden. I should be taken directly to the "edit" page for that planting, so I can tweak eg. "planted from advanced plant" etc.
