Add tooltips in various controls, in order to help new users

• Auto-Detect button tooltip
• Input files small tooltip (just informing that there is a context menu)
• Append Input on Drag and Drop checkbox tooltip
• Overwrite existing files checkbox tooltip
• Use Source checkbox tooltip
• Popup checkbox tooltip

Extra

• Add option in Options Form to enable/disable the tooltips
• Persist the new option in settings
