As an author I want to be able to set auto advanced settings for my story

Do not alter or remove anything below. The following sections will be managed by moderators only.

Acceptance criteria

1. The author is able to set the story to auto-advance between pages
2. Auto-advance is the default behaviour
3. After selecting auto-advance, a duration slider is shown
4. The author is able to set the default page duration via slider ranging from 1 - 20 seconds.
5. The default auto-advance is set to 7 seconds,
6. The slider stepping should increment by 0.1 seconds. e.g. 1.0, 1.1, 1.2...
7. The default page duration is automatically overridden by video, audio or non-looping animation
8. If any of the above 3 elements are on the page, the page auto-advances after the element with the longest duration has finished playing.
9. The author is able to set the story to manually advance between pages
10. These settings are global (per story) not per page
