shouldn't this be v0.20.5? Maybe it's just getting ignored because of the line above anyway?
It looks like that's the case... this added back vendor/github.com/buildpacks/lifecycle/launch/exec_d_windows.go, which doesn't exist in in v0.20.6. But still, maybe update this line just for consistency?

Upgrade golang dependencies to prepare for the 2.15 release.
Some package upgrades (docker, buildpack) contained breaking changes so I pinned to the latest supported version.
