Description
This PR upgrades Airflow to 2.2.5 and Python to 3.8.12 as required in the latest Cloud Composer version list.
I've also piggy-backed a few package bumps for Airflow providers and Apache Beam, along with fixing a few DAGs that are now failing due to schedule syntax changes.
