This PR updates the IDC-TCIA (The Cancer Imaging Archive) dataset with new BigQuery tables/views for the existing versions (v1 to v5), plus a new
idc_v6dataset.Checklist
datasets/<YOUR-DATASET>and nothing outside of that directory.
