Description

Currently, every generated *.tf file sits under a dataset's folder:

which visually mixes it with the YAML config and pipeline folders. Perhaps we can reorganize the *.tf files into their own folder and name the folder _terraform to differentiate it from the pipeline folders that the generators scan for.
