Code Review

This pull request updates the GKE TPU 7x examples to use the REGULAR release channel and increments the GKE version prefix to 1.35. Review feedback suggests explicitly enabling the slice controller and pinning the full GKE version string in the YAML configurations to support Dynamic Super Slicing. Additionally, the README should be updated to align the minimum version requirement with the features being enabled.
